Sweet Carrot

I have a local friend that is a member of a veggie co-op with Magnolia Organics.  Magnolia Organics is a local farm that provides organic seasonal produce to the Tampa Bay Area.  This is a picture of one of their sweet carrots.  The color is lighter and the taste is sweeter.  I was going to add the carrot to my homemade fried rice, but I ended up munching on it while I cooked.  It was too good to pass up.  Check them out if you are in the Tampa Bay area.
