My healthy version.
2 cups chopped Cabbage (local/organic)
1/2 cup chopped Green Onions (local/ organic)
1 cup shredded Carrots (local/organic)
2 cups cooked Jasmine Rice (organic/ cooked in homemade chicken broth)
2 cups diced chicken (whole organic)
3 pastured eggs
1/2 cup organic soy sauce
1/2 Tablespoon garlic powder
1/2 Tablespoon sea salt
First I heat up my pan with a little oil and butter. Then I crack the three eggs and start cooking them. After a few minutes I move the eggs to one side of the pan,add some more butter, and then add the 2 cups of rice. Throw in the garlic powder and salt. Heat up for a few minutes. Then I add the cabbage and chicken. Next add the soy sauce. Cover with lid for 3-4 minutes on lower heat. I make sure the cabbage is cooked, but not too cooked. Then I add the shredded carrots. Cover lid for another 2 minutes. Add chopped green onions. Serve.
Add more salt, pepper, soy sauce to taste. My husband likes hot sauce on his. Enjoy!
