Today I was talking to one of my college friends about resources in her area for Real Food. She’s thinking about including more real foods in her family’s diet (she has 2 small children). We talked about how important it is for our kids to eat healthy fats daily. Where are these healthy fats coming from? One of the first things I recommend is Raw Milk (from a certified grass-fed raw milk distributer), especially if there is a child that is slow on the growth charts (low weight/height). She lives Utah and there happens to be a certified raw milk distributer that delivers raw milk to a few locations. One of those locations is in Orem, Utah. The grocery store is called Real Foods Market (other locations are Heber & St. George). Here is a list of their top 20 products:
2. Farm Fresh Eggs
3. Grass Fed Beef
4. Redmond Raw Honey
5. Sun Warrior Protein
7. Organic Chicken
8. Coconut Oil
9. Real Salt
10. Redmond Raw Cheese
12. All Natural Pork
13. Kombucha Wonder Drink
14. Beef Jerky
15. Peppered Apple Bacon
17. Straus Whipping Cream
18. Organic Almonds
19. Organic Hot Dogs
20. Cod Liver Oil

That is awesome. We love Nutrition Smart and Abby’s Health Store in Tampa. That is my weekly stop too
I am going to request that they carry Molly’s Suds. It is not there yet, but I would love to support them. Thanks for the recommendation!
Hi! I live in St. Petersburg and have to go to several locations for our raw milk, butter a s sour cream and our farm fresh meats and veggies. But today I went to Nutrition S’Mart in Tampa off N. Dale Mabey and they carried raw milk, kombucha- the one with the alcohol as naturally occurring, and many other traditional foods for our families. I was excited to see the selection. Now they are also carrying our Molly’s Suds products! They support local when possible and I plan to send as many people there as I can!
