In supplement form or through fermented foods.  I suggest the latter.  There are so many foods that can be cultured and contain healthy bacteria.  These foods are especially great because your food becomes your medicine.  I think it is more cost effective and self rewarding.  Plus, when you replace unhealthy foods with healthy cultured foods, your chances of loosing those extra pounds increase.  You end up eating less carbs, most of the time.  Either way, take probiotics everyday.  They will keep you healthy and strong.
