I am on a spinach kit today. We had cooked spinach for dinner (in oil and salt/garlic). It was so yummy. So what did I do? I came up with a quick breakfast dish with spinach. We can eat this for the next few days. When I have healthy cravings~ I just go with it!
1/2- 1 cup of spinach
1/2 cup whole milk
1/2- 1 cup provolone cheese
Turn on oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredient together in a bowl. I add the spinach and cheese last. Butter your baking dish. Pour into a baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes. Done. Breakfast for 3-4 days.
