Real Food (Day 7)

Wow! My 7 day Real Food Challenge is coming to a close.  It has been a great experience for my whole family.  Now at the end of it, my husband is starting to make some healthier eating choices (this is the best news for me)!  I think the kids like spending more time in the kitchen~ and so do I. Right now I am surrounded by a big mess, but that is OK 🙂

Even though my real food challenge is ending, I have made some great new habits that I am continuing.  I have already prepared ahead a few meal plans for lunches and snacks this week.  Stay ahead of the game right?

Breakfast:

Boys and Daddy: Crepes and Maple Syrup

Mommy slept in again!

Lunch:

Me, Boys, and Dad: Mexican Pizza, Sour Cream, Homemade Guacamole

Dinner:

Since lunch was a little heavy, we had a light dinner.  Everyone agreed!

Carrots and Guacamole, Apple Peanut Butter Sandwiches, Banana Muffins

Keeping it simple.  I hope other people will get the courage to try a real food challenge.  Any amount of time is worth it!

Thanks for participating and for following along.  Tomorrow starts WEEK 2 of my BEE HEALTHY CHALLENGE.  This next week I will be discussing my favorite SUPERFOODS.  These are healthy foods or supplements that help build a healthy and strong immune system.  There are 4 that is discuss in detail.

1) Coconut Oil

2)Cod Liver OIl

3) Probiotics

4) Magnesium
