Wow! My 7 day Real Food Challenge is coming to a close. It has been a great experience for my whole family. Now at the end of it, my husband is starting to make some healthier eating choices (this is the best news for me)! I think the kids like spending more time in the kitchen~ and so do I. Right now I am surrounded by a big mess, but that is OK 🙂
Even though my real food challenge is ending, I have made some great new habits that I am continuing. I have already prepared ahead a few meal plans for lunches and snacks this week. Stay ahead of the game right?

Keeping it simple. I hope other people will get the courage to try a real food challenge. Any amount of time is worth it!
