My husband has 8 sisters that know how to cook. This recipe originates from one of the sisters (not sure which one!). Mexican food is their specialty. They have been perfecting their recipes for a long time. This is a simple tortilla recipe that they all use.
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup oil (grape seed)
2/3 cup warm water
pinch of sugar
Add flour, salt, oil, and sugar. Then add warm water. Mix. Use the dough on a tortilla press. Add a little extra flour to make it non-stick.
We had a little Mexican Pizza for dinner w/ homemade guacomole.
