SuperFoods (Week 2)

This is the 2nd week of my Bee Healthy Challenge.  Last week was my Real Food Challenge and this week I am focusing on my favorite SuperFoods.  First, what is a SuperFood?  I love Wikipedia and it defines superfood as “the term used to describe food with high nutrient content that may confer health benefits, with few properties considered to be negative.”

I will be discussing my 5 Favorite Superfoods.  I have selected each for specific health reasons.  You may argue that there are many other superfoods, and this is very true.  For now, these are my favorites.

1. Coconut Oil– Skin Superfood

2. Cod liver Oil– Brain Superfood

3. Probiotics– Gut Superfood

4. Magnesium– Mineral Superfood

5. Wheatgrass– Multi-System Superfood
