Wrinkles and Aging Skin

Essential Oils are very helpful in preventing wrinkles and aging skin.  I have had great success with essential oils in my 30’s. Cellular regeneration is the key to preventing wrinkles and aging skin.  Essential oils accomplish this and it is far more pleasant than most methods of skin care treatment.  The nutrients and proteins in essential oils help to maintain the elasticity of collagen and encourage the regeneration of new cells.  The circulation-stimulating properties of the oils oxygenate the blood which in turn energizes the cells, allowing regeneration to take place.  Some oils do this better than others.

You can use any of these oils individually or in combination with other oils.  I apply them daily to my face, neck, upper chest, and hands.  You can use them in a bath, as a body rub, in a facial cream, etc.  It usually takes about 30 days to see improvement if you are applying them consistently.  I have noticed a lessening of my wrinkles around my eyes and a lightening of my age spots and freckles.  Always add the essential oils to a carrier oil or non-toxic lotion.  Hope these essential oils help you like they have helped me.   Here are some of my favorites- even though there are many others listed online.

Anti-Aging Essential Oils to Fight Wrinkles

Clary-sage

Thyme

Lavender

Rose

Geranium

Frankincense

Myrrh

Carrot

Orange

Rose Hip Seed- my favorite!!

I can only use oils that have a somewhat pleasant scent topically.  There are some that are just too strong for my senses.  Think about that when applying them for the first time.  Good luck and let’s fight the wrinkles naturally.
