This afternoon my 4 year old told me that he needed to go #2.  He runs over to the potty and starts the process.  A few minutes later he comes out of the bathroom upset and says “My booty isn’t working!”.  I tried not to laugh of course.  Classic mommy moment.  I responded with love and compassion, “you can’t go #2?” and he says….NO.  Now just for the record… Garrett is never constipated.  He drinks over 10 ounces of kefir every day.  We consume lots of healthy fats, veggies, and fruits.  He is a pretty good eater.  I happen to have my doTerra DigestZen sitting right on the bathroom counter.  I have used this countless time for  my own tummy aches and pains and just love it! I have never needed to use it on the boys.  So I put a drop or two on my finger and rubbed it right over his colon (left side).  He jumped off the toilet (not as sad anymore) and I tell him it will be ok later.

He runs off feeling much better.  A few hours pass and Garrett comes up to me and says that he is ready to go #2 again.  He jumps on the toilet and does his business.  He comes running out of the bathroom and says, “Mommy, my booty works now!”.  Kind of made my day :)  He is a funny little guy.  I am so glad the DigestZen worked and it worked fast.
