Homemade Buttermilk

We made raw butter a few days ago.  One result of raw butter is leftover raw buttermilk.  The raw cream separates into butter and buttermilk.  The buttermilk is the liquid that is left at the bottom of the bowl.  This is a great extra benefit of making raw butter.  The buttermilk tastes a little sweet and salty at the same time.  It is a great mild beverage.  Here is my four year old giving the buttermilk a try.  I loved it.
