Homemade Whipping Cream

I was in the mood for homemade whipping cream last night.  Here is how I made it.


2 cups raw cream

1 Tablespoon vanilla

1/2 cup raw honey


Pour chilled cream in mixing bowl.  Kitchen Aid is what I use.  Start the mixer on low/med (so the cream doesn’t splash out).  After a few minutes the cream begins to foam up, turn it up to medium.  When the whipped cream starts to form peaks add the vanilla and sweetener.  Mix for another few minutes.  Taste test it and you are done.  It is delicious! We ate ours over strawberries.  This whipped cream lasts about a day in the fridge.  Enjoy.
