Carrot Juice is a healing beverage in my home.  The carrot juice recipe is simple: 6 carrots, 1-2 apples, 1 slice of ginger.  Carrot Apple Ginger juice is packed with nutrients, vitamins, and anti-oxidants that prevents illness and spread of infection in our home.  My kids know that carrot juice will help them stay well.  I try to teach them the  importance of good nutrition and a healthy immune system.  My family is much healthier thanks to freshly juiced carrot juice.

6 carrots

1-2 Apples

1 slice Ginger

Use a juicer and juice the following three ingredients.  Use organic produce if possible.  Drink the juice immediately.
